Educating an inspiring, highly moral and skilful young generation is one of the strategic tasks of the state development clearly defined by the President of Turkmenistan in the epoch of might and happiness.

The main goals of the state programmes are to ensure the legal and social protection of young people, to promote the spiritual, moral and cultural values inherent in the Turkmen people and the principles of a healthy lifestyle, to cultivate patriotic, humanitarian feelings and civic responsibility, and to support their initiatives. For successful implementation of these goals, the State Programme on the State Youth Policy for 2021–2025 was adopted in Turkmenistan in January this year. Specific measures are provided in the Programme to educate people who are physically and mentally developed and healthy, who respect the history, culture, traditions, and family values of the Turkmen people.
