The President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov noted, ‘a person feels happy in a place where science, education, sport, health and spirituality are in harmony with society’. People emphasize with pride that this harmony is characteristic to the independent, permanently neutral Turkmenistan under the Turkmen leader in the epoch of might and happiness.
