The Turkmen people were full of enthusiasm and pride to celebrate the beginning of the year ‘Happy Youth with Arkadag Serdar’. The fact that 2023 received this wonderful motto related to the life of the youth created a feeling of gratitude in our people. Nurturing the dreams and hopes of the younger generations, great work is underway to ensure for the bright future for the youth and increase their social and political activity under the wise leadership of the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov in the revival of the new epoch of the powerful state.

Young people actively participate in ensuring the sustainable development of the country, in strengthening its economic potential, as well as in implementing the state and national programmes. They make a worthy contribution to the development of the country in terms of science, education, culture and technology. Preparation of skilful professionals is of great importance in the development of economy to meet the demands of the times. Young professionals' innovative thinking and creative approach to work are a driving force for the economic development, and these skills are an inexhaustible source of labour power in creating new opportunities.
