On December 3, President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov, who was on a visit to the State of Qatar and invited to one of the World Cup matches, met with FIFA President Gianni Infantino in the VIP Lounge at Khalifa International Stadium. The meeting took place during a 1/8 World Cup match between the Netherlands and the United States.
