President Serdar Berdimuhamedov Attends an Informal Meeting of the CIS Heads of State

President Serdar Berdimuhamedov was on a working visit to the Russian Federation, where he took part in an informal meeting of the heads of state of the Commonwealth of Independent States, held in St. Petersburg.
