In the speech at the inauguration ceremony held at the Ruhyet Palace in the capital on March 19, the popularly elected President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov noted, ‘In the sphere of education, digital technologies will be widely used, distance learning and data exchange will be carried out. These measures will raise the level of the educational process at the domestic institutions of higher education to one of the highest in the world’. These historical words are directly attributed to students and assign great responsibility to them. As the scholars say, the world of science and education is the enlightening power of the future goals, existence and life of every human being.
