The President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov attended the New Year’s celebration at the Main New Year’s Tree of the country, sharing the joy and fun with the young participants of the festive event in the square in front of the Älem Cultural and Entertainment Centre.

The stately green beauty 38 and a half metres high and 16 metres in diameter, magically sparkling with multi-coloured toys, garlands and lanterns and crowned with an eight-pointed star with brightly glowing number “2022”, has been installed in the centre of a truly fabulous spot spread out there.
