In the Epoch of Might and Happiness, our state is prospering under the wise leadership of the esteemed President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov. The united people live freely in peace and welfare in our country. In the present period, to transform radically the educational system, to improve the management in educational sphere, to ensure high level of the education and upbringing of the youth, to modernize the infrastructure of education are the main objectives following from the Law «On Education» adopted in our country.

The Article 55 of the Constitution that is our Basic Law runs: «Every person has a right for education. The secondary education is compulsory, every person has a right to get it in the state educational institutions free of charge. The state provides access for professional education for every person according to his or her abilities. The implementation of the paid educational activities is allowed on the basis and in the order, which are established by the law. The compulsory state educational standards are established for all educational institutions». The more favourable conditions are provided in the society by the state to satisfy needs and wish of the young people to get education, the sooner person is developed. That is why, all required conditions as well as legal guarantees are provided in our state for the people to realize their rights for education. The main goal of the Constitution and other normative legal documents, aimed at the regulation of the relations in this framework is to increase the legal guarantees of the right of the people to education, to provide effective and full exercise of their rights.
