The Leader of the Nation Participates in the Laying of the Foundation and the Commissioning of New Facilities in the Balkan Velayat

President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov made a working trip to the Balkan velayat, where he took part in the ceremony of laying the foundation for a new international airport in the Jebel settlement and in the celebrations on the occasion of the opening of a building “Türkmeniň ak öýi” in the velayat centre, the town of Balkanabat, on July 14.
