The Turkmen summer does not favour us with cool weather and the thermometer is creeping up every day. In the coming days, according to weather forecasters, high temperatures are expected. On such days, do not forget about the rules of behaviour in hot weather.

Try to limit your time outdoors, especially between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. If this is not possible, choose the shaded sides of the streets and be sure to cover your head with a hat or use a sun umbrella and apply special water-based sunscreen cosmetics that reflect ultraviolet radiation and do not interfere with skin breathing.
