The “National Strategy for the prevention and control of non-communicable diseases in Turkmenistan for 2021-2025” provides for the active participation of state authotities, institutions, enterprises and organizations, regardless of ownership, in the work on the introduction of a healthy lifestyle and the prevention of non-communicable diseases among the population, the implementation of comprehensive work in the field of creating favorable conditions and opportunities for protection and strengthening the health of workers, carrying out physical education and other measures for the prevention of diseases.
