Another glorious year of the revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, filled with historic transformations and great achievements, came to an end. In 2023, which was declared the year ‘Happy Youth with Arkadag Serdar’, the Turkmen people realized that their interests and international prestige of the country are the priorities of the state policy put forward by the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov. Last year, the opening ceremonies of the first phase of the development of the city of Arkadag entered the history in the letters of gold. The project of the city reflects the principles ‘the state is for the people!’ by our Hero-Arkadag Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov and ‘Motherland is Motherland only with the people! State is that only with the people!’ by the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov.

To date, our compatriots are looking forward to reach the new heights of development thanks to the great concern of the President of Turkmenistan, who implements impressive work in the country. The book ‘Ýaşlar – Watanyň daýanjy’ by the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov became a wonderful gift for readers and took a special place in the hearts of people. As the title suggests, this literary work indicates great confidence in young people as the defenders of the Motherland and the state concern for them.
