The construction of the city, located in a beautiful corner at the foothills of the Kopetdag Mountains, was launched thanks to the wise initiatives of our Hero-Arkadag Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov in 2019. The construction of a modern smart city in such a short period has become an effective indicator of the economic power and potential.
