The concern for the youth is a priority of the state policy to modernize the national economy and to strengthen the basis of a democratic and legal state in the current period of development. Thus, the sustainable development depends on the youth. The state youth policy includes a system of social, economic, political, scientific, educational, cultural, organizational and legal measures aimed at observing the rights, legal interests and freedoms of young people and ensuring their support.

In the new book ‘Ömrümiň manysynyň dowamaty’, our Hero-Arkadag Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov highlighted the preparation of a draft version of the Law of Turkmenistan on the State Youth Policy, noted that it was based on the idea that, first, it was necessary to know the opinion of young people in all corners of the country and to take into account all the issues that interest them, and shared his memories of the meetings with compatriots of different ages. The conversations about the opinions, classes and life of students, who represent an active layer of society, are described in the book. Special importance was attached to the national institutions of higher education and the conditions created in them for the preparation of young specialists. This fact indicates that the legal document includes the opinions, suggestions and will of the youth from an impartial and scientific point of view.
