Improvement of the national education system and modernization of its legislative base is a priority of the state policy in the revival of the new epoch of the powerful state. Thanks to the concern of the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov, educational institutions are provided with modern computers, equipment, interactive and multimedia technologies within the framework of improving the national education system.

As is known, a draft version of the Law of Turkmenistan ‘On Education’ was adopted on June 5, 2021, to regulate the legal basis of relations in the field of education, to define the principles of the state policy, as well as the goals, tasks, work conducted in the education system and the organizational basis of its management. Education is the basis of effective and systematic activity based on the needs of the individual, society and the state in the field of preparation and training of the younger generations in Turkmenistan. The legislation of Turkmenistan in the field of education is based on the Constitution of Turkmenistan and other normative legal documents regulating education issues in our country.
