The OSCE certificate on the accession of Arkadag City to the Project “Development of sustainable, green, climate-friendly cities with innovative solutions in the OSCE region” vividly illustrates the confident steps of Turkmenistan into a cohort of rapidly developing countries of the world. The new city fits all the parameters of the international certificate.

Such a settlement appeared in Turkmenistan as the city of state significance – Arkadag in the 2020s. It possesses all the signs of sustainable development: environmentally friendly – it is located in an eco-friendly environment at the foothills of the Kopetdag Mountains and is rich in flora, digitised – the fashionable city is “covered” with the Internet, and comfortable – artificial intelligence “serves” all buildings, every flat and the entire city infrastructure.
