On March 19, at the inau­gu­ra­tion cere­mo­ny, the po­pu­lar­ly elected Pre­si­dent of Turk­me­nis­tan Ser­dar Ber­di­mu­ha­me­dov to­ok the oath of al­le­giance to the Mot­her­land and the peop­le and add­res­sed the par­ticipants of the inau­gu­ra­tion cere­mo­ny with a speech. The Inau­gu­ral Add­ress of the Pre­si­dent was a celeb­ra­tion of the uni­ty of the peop­le, the sta­te and the Pre­si­dent of in­de­pen­dent and neut­ral Turk­me­nis­tan at such a sig­ni­ficant mo­ment in our his­to­ry and loyal­ty to na­tio­nal de­mocra­tic values.

Peop­le. Sta­te. Pre­si­dent. The­se three key words for the Turk­men peop­le we­re and re­main in­se­pa­rab­le, sym­bo­li­sing the de­mocra­tic values that are the ba­sis of the mo­dern Turk­men sta­te. In this discour­se, the inau­gu­ral speech of the Pre­si­dent of Turk­me­nis­tan Ser­dar
