Celebration in the Muqam Palace

A celebration on the occasion of the inclusion of the dutar making craftsmanship and traditional music art combined with singing to the UNESCO Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity was held at the Muqam Palace of the State Cultural Centre.
