The country is preparing for an extraordinary meeting of the Halk Maslahaty of the Milli Gengesh of Turkmenistan. Great preparatory work has been launched everywhere at all levels of state power to hold the meeting at a high organisational level. The socio-political organisations are conducting activities to elucidate the role and historical significance of the extraordinary meeting of the Halk Maslahaty of the Milli Gengesh.
This event is of exceptional significance since the main issue on the agenda is the discussion and adoption of the programme document “The Revival of the New Era of the Sovereign State: The National Socioeconomic Development Programme of Turkmenistan for 2022–2052”. The President of Turkmenistan instructed the Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Serdar Berdimuhamedov, Chairwoman of the Mejlis of the Milli Gengesh G. Mammedova and the Deputy Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of the Milli Gengesh K. Babayev to coordinate the preparatory work for the extraordinary meeting of the Halk Maslahaty.
