The growth of the national economy of Turkmenistan in the period of the Revival of the New Era of the Powerful State influences not only the wellbeing of the country’s population, but also the look of its main white-marble city – Ashgabat. Thus, the signing by the esteemed President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov of the Resolution on permission to conclude a contract with the Turkish company Rönesans Endüstri Tesisleri Inşaat Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi for the design and construction of the Shopping Centre along A. Niyazov Avenue is vivid evidence of this. It is noteworthy that the decision on this was made against the background of incoming news from the Investment Forum of Turkmenistan (TIF 2024) started in the Turkmen capital.
In general, the year “Fount of Wisdom Magtymguly Pyragy has become very productive for our capital, which is actively multiplying its newly-erected buildings. Evidence of this is the opening on the first day of the school year on the glorious date of the national calendar – the Day of Knowledge and Student Youth – of a white-marble complex of buildings for Berdimuhamed Annayev Specialised Military School and the complex of the Ashgabat Hyakimlik. Both urban development projects are located at one intersection in the capital, which now unites four majestic grandiose complexes of buildings, executed in a single architectural style and equipped with the most advanced technologies used in the sector.
