Today, National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Khalk Maslakhaty of Turkmenistan, Honoured Elder Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov held a meeting of the Council of Elders under the Khalk Maslakhaty and the Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov Charitable Foundation for Aid to Children in Need of Care. Its agenda included the issues connected with fulfilment of the goals, set forward at the national forum as well as with the course of large scale work carried out in velayats.
Opening the meeting, Hero-Arkadag noted that at present, noble principles, which wise ancestors created and serve a model for the whole world, find their worthy continuation in our country. In this regard, festivities organized in honour of significant dates that take an important place in the national calendar, reflect the happy life of Turkmen nationals and harmonious development of our fatherland.
