Large-scale work is underway to improve the legislation in our independent, permanently neutral country. The main objective of improving the legal system is to create a reliable legal framework for the prosperity of the country.
To date, the labour legislation of Turkmenistan is being improved on the basis of gathered experience and generally recognized international legal norms. These norms are aimed at realizing the right of a person to work, to choose a profession, occupation and workplace according to the will, healthy and safe working conditions and are modernized on a regular basis.
