A famous saying says, “Beauty will save the world.” For our part we may add that cleanliness will make it even more beautiful. This is especially evident not only in small towns, but also in megacities. Here it would be appropriate to say that a modern city is in many ways similar to the human body, and an important factor in making it healthy is therefore hygiene.
This means that the cleanliness of the streets and avenues, squares and public gardens, residential areas and manufacturing and industrial districts of our white-marble capital Ashgabat and of other cities and etrap centres of independent Turkmenistan largely depends not only on the timely and high-quality cleaning of them, but also on the quality of atmospheric air, soil and water.
