In the period of the Revival of the New Era of the Powerful State, the main goal of the policy of the respected President Serdar Berdimuhamedov is to ensure the further comprehensive socioeconomic development of the country and to improve the living standards of the people based on the digital transformation of all spheres of life of society and the state. A vivid confirmation of the success of this policy is the implementation of a grandiose urban development project – the “smart” city of Arkadag, initiated by the Hero-Arkadag. In order to harmoniously and sustainably develop all systems of the city of Arkadag, to regularly provide comfortable conditions for living, working and resting and to further improve the social and living standards of the population, the Conception of Arkadag City Development in 2024–2052 was approved by the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan on September 24, 2024. “Smart city” is a city convenient for living and working.
