The years of happiness
As is known, it has become a noble tradition in Turkmenistan to name each year thanks to the great initiatives of our Hero-Arkadag Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov. Considering numerous proposals put forward at the meetings in the ministries, departments, institutions, and public organisations, the Mejlis of the Milli Gengesh of Turkmenistan has declared 2023 the year ‘Happy Youth with Arkadag Serdar’ by the unanimous support of the Turkmen people. This decision imposed responsibility on the young people to enrich the noble principles of our ancestors and to make new achievements and accomplishments. These principles ensure the successful implementation of the state youth policy implemented by the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov. This wise policy leads the youth to success in an environment of reverent attitudes such as patriotism, high morality, and respect for our Motherland, glorious history, culture, traditions, and family values.
