Dried apricots are rich in vitamins of group B (B1 and B2), A, C and PP and minerals such as calcium, magnesium, iron, phosphorus and sodium, strengthen bone tissue and maintain immunity. Cellular tissue normalises the work of gastrointestinal tract, relieves constipation and cleanses liver. However, it is not recommended for people with diabetes and thyroid diseases.
