Offsite session of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan is held in Balkan Region

Having arrived on the working trip to Balkan Region, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov held offsite session of the Cabinet of Ministers in Avaza National tourist zone. Coming over to reviewing the subjects of the agenda, the head of the state gave floor to Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers G. Mushikov who reported on the measures for provision of stable growth in all sectors of national economy and regions of the country as well as effective use of the government financial resources.

President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has held video conference working session with participation of some Deputy Chairmen of the Cabinet of Ministers, heads of the regions and Ashgabat. Social and economic issues, course of agricultural campaigns as well as preparation to holidays have been reviewed at the session. First, the head of the state has called Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Sh. Durdiliyev, who is in charge of the capita, and head of Ashgabat city administration Ya. Gylyjov.

The President of Turkmenistan participates in the events on occasion of the 76th anniversary of the Great Victory

President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has taken part in flower laying ceremony to the monument of “People’s Memory” memorial complex. It is worth to mention that honoring the veterans, who fought in the battles of the Great Patriotic War, as well as workers of the rare front and widows of the soldiers were held all around the country. Every year, the war veterans and widows of lost warriors received monetary prizes and valuable gift on behalf of the President of Turkmenistan.

Opening the session, the head of the state has given tie floor to Speaker of the Mejlis of National Assembly G. Mammedova and Deputy Chairman of the People’s Council of National Assembly K. Babayev.

Offsite session of the State Security Council of Turkmenistan takes place

President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of the country, Army General Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has held offsite session of the State Security Council and participated in the groundbreaking ceremony of equestrian complex of military and law enforcement agencies. The agenda of the session included the outcomes of work of security forces in January – April 2021. Provision of peace and security in the country, strengthening of equipment and facility base and improvement of activity of military and law enforcement structures by introduction of digital system have been reviewed at the session.

The President of Turkmenistan: Rational use of land and water resources is the basis of food abundance

President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has made a working trip to Ahal Region inspecting production activity of Miwe Open Joint Stock Company and facilities of its engineering and technical infrastructure. Matters related to rational use of water in agricultural complex and water management sphere in general were the subjects of close attention of the head of the state. Comprehensive development of agricultural complex and best optimal implementation of its potential are priorities of economic strategy of Turkmenistan targeted to reformation and modernization of all branches of national economy on innovative basis. Large-scale reforms in agricultural sphere are aimed at its diversification, wide implementation of digital technologies, and increment of production volumes of various quality agricultural products.

The award ceremony of the winners of International contest «Ýylyň iň owadan ahalteke bedewi» and contest among representatives of creative professions has been held in Ahalteke Equestrian Complex of the President of Turkmenistan. The goal of International ahalteke horse beauty contest, which is held annually in the country, is to stimulate the development of horse breeding traditions and to attract attention of the world community to this breed.

Events of timed to Turkmen Shepherd Dog Holiday are held in Ashgabat

The opening ceremony of the Center of International Ahalteke Horse Association and International Association «Türkmen alabaý itleri» has been held in the capital. On the same day, regular session of International Association «Türkmen alabaý itleri» timed to Turkmen Shepherd Dog Holiday, which according to relative Order of the head of the state would be annually observed on the same day with National Turkmen Horse Holiday on the last Sunday of April, has taken place. The Speaker of the Mejlis of National Assembly, Deputy Chairman of the People’s Council of National Assembly, Deputy Chairmen of the Cabinet of Ministers, heads of military and law enforcement agencies, ministries and profile departments, public organizations, mass media, head of the administration of Ashgabat took part in the opening ceremony of the Center of International Ahalteke Horse Association and International Association «Türkmen alabaý itleri».

XI Session of International Ahalteke Equestrian Association chaired by President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov took place in the Oguzkent Hotel of the capital. A new legislative body, Halk Maslahaty, established in the state structure of Turkmenistan

President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov conducts the first joint meeting of two chambers of the Milli Gengesh A solemn opening ceremony of the majestic building of the Halk Maslahaty Administration took place in the capital city. There, the first meeting of the new chamber of the Milli Gengesh of Turkmenistan of the first convocation was held. In these events, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov took part.
