Protecting the human health

Remarkable achievements in the development of our country are inextricably linked with the great concern of the National Leader of the Turkmen people Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov. Our Motherland is moving forward under the leadership of the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov, who successfully implements the initiatives of our Hero-Arkadag. Significant progress was made in all sectors of the national economy, including the health system. The main goals of the system include prevention, detection and treatment of diseases, promotion of the principles of a healthy lifestyle, provision of the necessary medicines and other resources for the population, high life expectancy and preparation of skilful professionals for the health institutions. Special importance is attached to expanding international cooperation in the field of health in the Saglyk State Programme. To date, the medical workers of Turkmenistan reliably protect the health of the people, which represents the greatest value in the country. Thus, improving the health and wellbeing of the population, increasing the life expectancy, providing wide opportunities and conditions for protecting the national health, creating a perfect and highly efficient health system, and preventing diseases are the main tasks of the health system.

The Turkmen summer does not favour us with cool weather and the thermometer is creeping up every day. In the coming days, according to weather forecasters, high temperatures are expected. On such days, do not forget about the rules of behaviour in hot weather. Children's walking habits are related to their health later in life. Establishing the habit of walking from a young age is an effective means of preventing diseases of the musculoskeletal and cardiovascular systems. Walking in the fresh air regulates breathing.
