Meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan

Today, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov has held a regular meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers via a digital system, which agenda included a number of state policy issues. Opening the meeting, the head of state highlighted that according to the well-established tradition in our country, on the eve of the Holy Night of Gadyr-Gidjesi, citizens who were convicted of crimes committed, but regret what they did and sincerely repent of it are pardoned. Following the principles of humanism and mercy bequeathed by our great ancestors, noble actions are carried out to release them from further punishment.

Today, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov has held a working meeting via a digital system with the participation of Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers T. Atahallyev, who is in charge of the agro-industrial complex, and the khyakims of velayats to review the progress of seasonal field work in the country and the development of the domestic agro-industrial complex. The meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan

Today, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov held a regular online meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers, which considered some questions of state life. The first floor was given to Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet Kh.Geldimyradov who reported on the next audit of financial reporting of banking establishments of the country according to the international standards. With that end on the basis of Laws of Turkmenistan «On credit institutions and bank activity» and «On auditor activity» as well as Resolutions of the head of the state «On the Program of reforming of accounting and audit in Turkmenistan» proper work was carried out.

The meeting of the State Security Council of Turkmenistan

Today, President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the country, Army General Serdar Berdimuhamedov held a regular meeting of the State Security Council. Its agenda included consideration of results of work of military and law enforcement bodies of the country for two months of 2024 as well as definition of priority goals of security and peace in our independent fatherland, strengthening of the material and technical basis of security structures, and further improvement of their activity. Secretary of the State Security Council, Minister of Defence B.Gundogdyev who reported on complex measures taken for the January-February period for consolidation of defensibility of our fatherland, enhancement of professionalism of servicemen, creation of due conditions for effective service and life of officers and members of their families, was the first to take the floor. National Leader of the Turkmen People, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty Conducts a Meeting of the Presidium of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan

A meeting of the Presidium of the Halk Maslahaty was held in the building “Türkmenistanyň Maslahatlar merkezi” under the chairmanship of the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov. The main topic was the priority tasks for the successful implementation of the Programme of the Socioeconomic Development of Turkmenistan and Investments in 2024. The agenda also included a discussion of the Plan of forthcoming work and activities for the implementation of this Programme in the main areas of activities of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan. Opening the meeting, the National Leader of the Turkmen people Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov noted that at the recent extended sitting of the Cabinet of Ministers of the country, the results of the work carried out in 2023 on the development of our independent Motherland on a programmatic basis were summed up, tasks for the future were discussed, and appropriate decisions were made.
